Who to Blame?

I had one of these messages on my IM recently

Who's right/wrong in Mumbai incident? The upper and lower hands?The Lashkar?da wood?the tourists?Taj?Raj?Lotus?Obama?the neighbour?the media?you?Me?

That is really the question I want to ask?Ofcourse, there are some more questions.So who are the people to blame for this incident?

• Are the ruling party politicians, the caretakers of civilians, who did not give their piece of attention to the intelligence agencies, which reported of the possiblity of an attack on as early as March 2008?
  
• Are the opposition, who instead of giving support to the government in the light of attacks, try each and every weapon in their hold, to put the ruling party into troubles?
• Are the LeT extremists, who according to them are just disgusted with the India's downlooking of the Kashmiris' and are taking revenge by killing?
• Is Dawood, the notorious legend, from whose company were the weapons supplied to the militants?
• The Raj Thackery's MNS, which apparently had a lot of power in their hand, but concentrated more in banishing the innocent poor other state individuals, rather than concentrating on the UnderWorld elimination and the militants?
• Is it Pakistan, being a neighbour and brotherly country, encouraging the militant agencies like LeT,Al Quaida,Jaish-e-Muhammad, Dawood etc., to attack on India forgetting the fact that they will someday attack even their own country(Remember Benazir?)?
• Is it the US which has supported the Pakistan  in cultivated the feeling of hatred in the earlier years?
• Is it the PoK Media, which instead of feeling sorry for the dead, concentrate more on focussing on saying that India is faking the Mumbai controversories?
• Is it the Indian Media, which forgetting the basic ethics and common sense, have revealed the secrets of rescue operations and hiding places of the victims?
• Is it the world media, which concentrates only on picturing the lives of westerners and forgetting the the dead Asians(Indians, Israelis etc)?
• Is it the bureaucrats, who forgetting their duties, take bribes and allow people without proper checking(if they would have done their job well, I dont think the militants could have brought in weapons)?
• Is it the intellectuals, who are capable enough to rescue people from all the pain,but don't have that daringness to venture into politics?
• Is it us, the stupid common men,who forget the fact that we require eligible leaders and vote for ineligible candidates just to make ourselves lying dead?
